Redmi Note 5 Plus Review: Xiaomi Snapdragon 660 Powered

According to latest leaked media leaks, the new featured Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Plus will likely come with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. Although this processor is similar to the 8-cores based on the Snapdragon 625 inside the Redmi Note 4 has,  it should outperform a lot faster Compared to the Snapdragon 625.

The other new improvement that is expected to be in the Redmi Note 5 compared to the previous Redmi Note 4 model is in the camera arena. The Redmi Note 5 might possibly be the first Redmi phone to come with a dual camera system. It has been rumored that the phone will have two rear cameras — a 16-megapixel main camera accompanied by a 5-megapixel camera.

As far as the other specifications are concerned, the Redmi Note 5 series will have similar main specifications as the Redmi Note 4. It will come in two variants — 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. Also, the screen size will most likely have a 5.5 with FHD resolution like the Redmi Note 4 has and will come with a built-in none removable 4000 mAh in capacity.

Despite the general hardware and design changes, final product information will be available when Xiaomi formally announces the Note 5 Plus launch in China on January 25, 2018 (Unofficial).
