Banana Pi BPI M4
Banana Pi BPI-M4 is a 64-bit quad-core A53 mini single board computer powered by Realtek RTD1395 chip. It has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of eMMC. It features an Onboard WiFi with b/g/n/ac and BT 4.2. In terms of ports, the BPI-M4 has 4 USB 2.0 ports, 1 USB TYPE C port, 1 HDMI port, 1 audio jack and also Support M.2 Key PCIe 2.0 interface.
The RTD1395 SoC solution is composed of a high-performance quad-core CPU ARM Cortex-A53 with a built-in 512K L2 cache. The RTD1395 Chip also integrates an efficient ARM Mali-470 graphics processing (GPU) to accelerate 2D and 3D graphics processing.
Equipped with OSD and 2K user interface, the RTD1395’s comes with a built-in streaming engine that provides common drawing functions. The CPU is dedicated to the application. Most of the features of the RTD1395 are dedicated to operation, decoding the video stream formats. Egg decoding 4K2K H.26, Full HD MPEG1 / 2/4 / H.264 / H.264 MVC, AVC / VC-1, VP8, VP9, AVS, AVS plus, HD JPEG, etc. The video DSP can also handle encoding up to full HD H.264 format. Video decoding and encoding can run simultaneously.
