Xiaomi officially launched the Mi 11 series on March 29 in a live feed of China, presented by President Xiaomi Mr. Lei June the company announced their new flagship series, the Mi 11 handsets based on 5nm chip technology, powered by a top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 processor.

Display
The Xiaomi Mi 11 series uses a quad-curved Dot Display resolution of 1440×3200 pixels, that will let you view your 8K photos and videos in ultra high quality. On the display panel, Xiaomi didn’t cut corners and used a high quality 6.81-inch AMOLED panel with QHD resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a 480Hz touch sample, a pixel density of 515ppi and a maximum illumination power of 1700 nits. In addition to all this, the device supports 1 billion colors and the HDR10+ display to deliver the best viewing experience.
Hardware
The new 5nm flagship chip runs total of eight cores, with the main core clocked at 2.84GHz additional three high performance cores clocked at 2.42GHz (Cortex-A78) and four energy saving cores clocked at 1.8GHz (Cortex-A55). In the graphic and connectivity departments you will also find the new Adreno 660 GPU with a Snapdragon X60 5G modem. The is expected to be sold in both 4G and 5G variants.
Camera & Photography
In the camera arena, Xiaomi joined forces with Samsung, integrating Samsung new monster pixel GN2 sensor with resolution of 50MP and aperture of f/1.95 as the main camera along with two additional sensors: 13 megapixels designed for wide shots and the third is an 8-megapixel camera with a dual optical zoom x5 used the Periscope method.
The front facing selfie camera opens through a tiny hole in the upper left corner of the camera and is a 20 megapixel camera. It comes with optical image stabilization (OIS) and the actual sensor size is also pretty massive measuring 1/1.12″ (diagonal).
Samsung’s new sensor is capable of shooting 8K 30fps video and super slow photography at a rate of 1920fps, which is a pretty impressive feature to have, especially for photography hobbyists.
Colors
The Xiaomi Mi 11 handset is expected to be available in three major colours: black, white and blue.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. It supports supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.
