Following the very recent launch of the Orange Pi 6 Plus, the Orange Pi 6 has yet to be officially announced but is reportedly in development. This upcoming board from Orange Pi will be more affordable than its predecessor, featuring the same CIX CD8160/CD8180 SoC with a 12-core 64-bit ARM processor, though with fewer features. It’s expected to launch in 2026. Based on our information, the board will offer the following specs:

More powerful and a lot cheaper?
As mentioned, the upcoming board will be much more affordable and accessible to the masses. We don’t yet know the final price, but we’ll update this article once we have new information to share.
