Finding a Compatible Case.
It could pose a challenge since neither Orange Pi company, nor its partner supplier has supplied one yet. In our quest for better cooling solutions, we’ve added supplementary heatsinks on the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth chips as well as the 8GB RAM chip. Additionally, we found that the Orange Pi 4A board we looked at before has the same form factor and dimensions as the RV Board, with a few minor differences, such as the locations of the power/reset button, so we were able to fit it inside a plastic acrylic plastic case originally designed for the 4A board.
Comparison of Form Factors: Orange Pi RV vs. Orange Pi 4A
Both boards are mostly the same size and have similar interfaces, but the power button and Micro SD card slot are in different spots. This makes it easier to modify a case that was originally designed for the 4A model.

Where to buy
Please note that you will still need to alter the case by alteration, by trimming some material to access both the button and the Micro SD card slot. Aside from that, modifying the 4A case should be straightforward.

Mounting an active heatsink

Due to the absence of mounting holes on the board, the optimal way to ensure maximum contact between the heatsink and the chip die is to utilize a thermal adhesive paste. We recommend applying a generous amount while exerting pressure in the center as you position it on the chip.
