Hardware
After the Orange Pi Zero launch, a newer improved SBC launched by Shenzhen Xunlong software under the brand name Orange Pi Zero2 — a new successor to the Zero with slightly larger dimensions and more powerful. The board is also outfitted with additional specs over its predecessors, keeping the board relatively small with 63×53 mm dimensions.

Under the hood, the Orange Pi Zero2 is based on an Allwinner H616 SoC with a 64-Bit quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU, Mali G31 MP2, 512Mb/1GB of LPDD3 RAM, and up to 32Gb of storage via micro SD card. The board packs a Micro-HDMI 2.0 port (video output), a USB 20 port, and a USB Type C port. Connectivity features a dual-band WiFi support: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Wi-Fi 4/5), WiFi IPX antenna socket , Bluetooth 5.0, and 1GBps Ethernet. The board has a 26-pin header, 3-pin UART header, 13-pin header, as well as power/status LEDs.

Practical Applications
Due to the size of the Orange Pi Zero2, we believe it will be most suitable as a mini PC device solution. Combining with 1GB of RAM and 5GHz Wifi band its most likely that you will be able to use it to run KODI under Android 10.0 operating system. If you have ideas and insights about how this SBC can be used, you are welcome to leave your comments.
Software Support
The Orange Pi Zero2 features a 26-pin “Raspberry Pi 1” header, possibly making it compatible with HATs and other Pi boards. On the software end, the Orange Pi is reported to be able to take advantage of Android 10.0, Ubuntu, Debian, and most likely also Armbian.
Where can you buy It?
