Final verdict

The NE301 is an awesome AI camera we definitely enjoyed using. It’s well-built, and the web-based management software isn’t bad either. In terms of practical applications, there are plenty—especially if you’re a developer or an AI enthusiast the only limit is your imagination. It can be used for “light” AI applications that don’t consume a lot of computing power.

It can work as a smart live-streaming camera to keep an eye on various environments, with the option to customize and deploy self-own models to fit specific needs, and best of all, it’s open source. Overall, it works really well and the quality is excellent.
