Heart Rate Monitoring and Sleep Tracking with Xiaomi Smart Band 8
Highly accurate heart rate sensor
During our test, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the heart sensor to determine its accuracy. To establish a reliable benchmark, we compared the results obtained from the heart sensor with those obtained from a pulse oximeter. From the majority of the readings we observed, we found a margin of around ±1-3 BPM.
